July 13 - Before the last row of trees was removed. It was amazing how quickly they cleared the trees.

A view of the four 72” pipes after a recent rain. Obviously the creek is not flowing as it should.
Such large pipes are in place because the new development’s storm runoff will dump into the creek. Also note that the level of the bottom of the pipes relative to the natural level of the creek is resulting in essentially zero flow and therefore stagnant water.
The pipes were recently boarded up for future pouring of the concrete forms.
After boarding up the four 72” diameter pipes, the creek only had this small pipe to flow through.

A view up North Exeter Way into The Glen. Plans call for the street to peak/slope over the drain pipes, which is plainly evident here.
