Our
three storey town house is situated in one of the oldest parts of the village.
The house is approximately 300 years old, with part of its inside walls making
up the perimeter of the village years ago. Inside the entrance lounge, a fine
example of the local toscana sandstone is still visible and has been made a
feature of.
The
bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and there is a large sun terrace to enjoy
the view of the surrounding mountains, sunbathe and just relax. Teulada is situated
between the cities of Alicante and Valencia on the Costa Blanca and lies back
some 5 km from the coast. It has a dependent which is the well known coastal
resort of Moraira, which years ago consisted of just a few dwellings for the
fishermen from the local village.
