| 1976-1977 After my Dad died, we sold the 2 Dune Buggies that he had built,
I
went off to college, got married, began my career, and started
having children. In 1976 Jackie and I purchased a Land Cruiser
for on and off road use. It had some massive knobby tires which
helped in the dunes. We took it out a few times, but it weighed
too much to be of any good. It did get us out there, though!
After 2 years, we blew the engine while driving down the
freeway and sold it. These pictures were taken at
Sand Lake, I believe. |
