Buchlayne Minor
Current Location:
This continent in the middle of Samoth is a land of low steppelands, high mountains, dry deserts, and huge, ancient forests.  Kovlich, Margova, the Throecian Empire, the Zhivod Caliphate, the Akkatomian City-States, the Lugalate of Nur, the Free City of Ryn, and the Thar Clans can all be found here.
Continent Language: Church Oestian or Pakani (player choice)

Kovlich: A mountainous, dreary land full of dreary people.  Originally settled Ollak peoples, folk from Throecia later settled here and brought their brand of Eastern AEtonism which intermingled with the dark superstitions of the natives.  It is a country of dark mystery.
Favored Classes: Figher or Druid
Restricted Characters: None
Skills: Knowledge (Nature) and Knowledge (Religion - Eastern Aetonsim or Superstition)

The Throecian Empire: A last vestige of the ancient empires, Throecia is no longer an empire by any means, but they pride themselves on using the title.  They are steeped in a blending of cultures, including AEtonism, Jimhi, Ollak, and ancient pagan Venkish.

The Zhivod Caliphate: Zhivod is a very conservative, religious country based upon strict adherence to the ways of Holism.  The Caliph helped to sponsor a group of former slaves who founded the country of Cadrobar in Buchlayne Major.  Not much else is known about this country.

Akkatomian City-States: These rather primitive city-states exist in a vast, harsh desert region. The more civilized of the city-states have been converted to Holism and are now attempting to either convert or conquer the remaining city-states.  Of the non-converted city-states, each is different with a different patron god, government, currency, etc.  Most are Jimhi by race, and many share a common language.
