CHARLIE
turned SIX this year and has made the move up to Grade 1
(at a
new school, too!)
She is also in the process of losing her
first tooth, so a visit from the Tooth Fairy is on the horizon, meaning lots of very Gappy happy-snaps to look forward to!
JONATHAN turned FOUR in February, and has graduated to the "Big Room" at creche.
His favourite passtime at the moment is cutting with scissors. Unfortunately, he shows no discrimination between materials, forcing Mummy to become quite an expert at sewing!! Still, he seems to have outgrown his 'pasting' stage, much to the relief of all!
Mummy HUFFS and she PUFFS....
to the pool!
Did you know?....

you can salvage a dropped birthday cake, by simply cutting off the offensive bits, including all surfaces that made contact with the ground, then redistribute the icing (ie; scrape off top layer and get creative with a butter-knife!) and, finally, use  different coloured jelly-beans dipped in water to add all the fancy finishing touches...

Oh! and  marshmallows make excellent candle holders (if you ever forget to pack any!)
Errr,...is it a cake pretending to be a sponge, or a sponge pretending to be a cake???
Now THAT's more like it!!
Got some great presents, too!

THE BIRTHDAY GIRL!
