Ronald le Couronne
(Edward)
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
Tzimisce. Vastly old Methuselah; it is unknown how old exactly Ronald was, or indeed what his real name was. He was nicknamed Ronald by Cainite scholars, because that was the name of his only childes mortal father. For at least four millennia, Ronald only vaguely passed in and out of history, the most well-known incident being an obscure reference to his Embrace of Hugo le Couronne (who later became known as Kraken), in the sixteenth century. It was not known and indeed, nobody wanted to know where Ronald was or what he was doing, for rumours have been abound throughout the ages of his rage and power.

Krakens lair, built around a centuries-old sunken cathedral below the sewers of the city of Maiden Newton, was in fact built upon something itself, for below even that labyrinthine nightmare was the resting place of the torporous Ronald. Krakens insane scheme of wiping out humanity was foiled by the Lupines of Maiden Newton, and when
Bella-in-Pax destroyed the Tzimisce, the
mystical bond between sire and childe was shattered, and the effect caused Ronald to awaken from his deep slumber.

Ronald then began his own plan perhaps one of comparable insanity to that of Kraken to exert his influence throughout the world, starting with Maiden Newton, through use of his footsoldiers, indestructible demonic entities. Ronalds plans were halted, in some ways, by the efforts of the Sabbat, and despite Ronalds immense power, he was shortsighted and overconfident in his plan. Taking the entire Temple captive and bringing them into his lair deep beneath the Earths surface, Ronald planned to destroy the pesky maggots that were interfering with his whims. He succeeded in defeating most of them, sending them all into Torpor, but at the last minute,
Faye the Fairy was able to topple Ronald from his stance, into a deep pit of lava beneath him. Ronald was defeated, and the first portent of The Armageddon Prophecy was fulfilled. Perhaps Ronald won, in a way, after all.
