The Dohul Ghouls
(Jonathan, Sam, Richard and Nel)
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
Morgan Dohul (Jonathan)
Loyal
ghoul of Sir Daniel Fortesque. A military captain in his mortal life, Dohul now uses his talents to serve the Archbishop and Bishops, and keep order in the Temple. Following Fortesque's appointment as Priscus of the South-West, Dohul remained in Maiden Newton to serve the new Archbishop, Semper Fi, and the new Bishops of the city.

Inside Information: Morgan Dohul's name is an anagram of Random Ghoul. Morgan remains the  original Dohul ghoul, and is the only one of the 'family' who has not died and therefore had to be replaced.

Michael Dohul (Sam)
So impressed with Morgan, Fortesque forged another ghoul, using Vicissitude and Dominate to give him a similar appearance and character as his 'brother'. Michael is often seen in the Temple when Morgan is busy with other matters.

Inside Information: Michael was created by Richard one week, simply because Jonathan was tied up playing another NPC, and therfore unable to play Morgan.

Marcus Dohul (Richard)
Following his appointment as Priscus, create another ghoul, to round off his Dohul 'family', and also so he could keep a better eye on his former Temple. Thus, Marcus Dohul was created, again in a similar image and mannerism as his predecessors. Marcus usually gets the worst jobs, as Morgan and Michael are given preference. This sort of luck was proved in the recent attack on the Temple by a band of Hunters, resulting in the detsruction of the Temple at Maurix Square,
and the death of Marcus Dohul. He was later replaced by a 'clone'.

Inside Information: Marcus was created by Jonathan in retaliation for Michael, and also to give the Temple yet another odd quirk: ghoul triplets for the three Storytellers to play.

Martine Dohul (Nel)
The youngest of the Dohuls, and more of an experiment than anything else, Martine Dohul was created by Fortesque after he had a fleeting fascination for the female form. Martine has yet to prove of any real worth.

Inside Information: Martine, of course, was a necessary addition to the Dohul 'family', following Nel's promotion to the ranks of the Storytellers.

The Dohul Ghouls and Sir Daniel Fortesque
Created and designed to be intensely loyal to their master, the Dohul ghouls were placed in a rather awkward position when Grand Inquisitor Anthony Livingstone removed Fortesque from power and stripped him of all his Status. For a time, they continued serving Livingstone and the new Bishops of the Temple, but it soon became clear to the freakish family of servants that Fortesque, their master, had been unfairly demoted and poorly treated, and resolved therefore to do something about it. During the Blood Bath ritus for the Bishops of the city, Michael and Marcus successfully staked the Grand Inquisitor, and could perhaps have destroyed him, had the rest of the Temple not immediately intervened. The two ghouls were slain. Fortesque later denied any involvement in the attack, but whether this truly was the case or not remains to be seen.
