Ash
(Jonathan)
< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
Brujah. Irish Camarilla operative. Little is known of Ash, other than he knows a great deal about the Sabbat, their customs, laws, traditions and agents. A theory has been put forward that Ash may once have been a member of the Sabbat, but this is unsubstantiated rumour.

Ash was sent to the city of Maiden Newton to moniter the situation of
Louisa Finn and her attempts to sabotage Sabbat operations in favour of the Camarilla. Ash's objective, however, was primarily to find out whether Finn herself had not succombed to the Sabbat, and turned traitor to her Camarilla kin. While in the city, Ash successfully manipulated affairs so that the Cainites of the city's Temple firebombed seven Sabbat havens within the city, under the impression that they were the homes of Camarilla spies. Ash also managed to stir up a great deal of doubt about the two Bishops, Shane Orton and Sir Daniel Fortesque, contributing greatly to the civil war that later erupted between the two Bishops.

Once his identity was revealed, Finn killed Ash in a rather showy display of Cainite powers. However, with the later revelations of Finn's true allegiance, it is suspected that Ash was not destroyed at all, and that his 'death scene' was a choreographed display for the sole benefit of the Temple. However, even if Ash is still around, he has not been seen in the city since.
