How About Some Stucco, Stone &
Roof Tiles
It is January 2004 and the stucco is being applied on the house.  The crew is working hard to help make up time we lost during the framing process.

When the stucco was first applied to the house, it looked like a large, ripe pumpkin.  Thank goodness the color is drying lighter.

The first picture is the front of the house, with the Dining Courtyard and fireplace visible to the left.  The second is the northside of the house.  A wooden gate will be in the opening...eventually!

We have a ton of concrete for the driveway and later will have the sidewalk to the front door poured.

Cortez Roofing will come back and finish installing the missing
(see below) roof tiles after the stucco and window work is finished.
Upclose shot of the stone on the portico tower.  The windows you can see in the courtyard are in the Great Room.
Ron is cleaning stucco droppings off the upper balcony.
Looking down the exterior stairs into the inner courtyard from the  Guest Suite landing.
Looking east toward "B" Mountain on the base..... you can see part of the large driveway leading into the double garage.
The curved entry driveway has room for two cars to pass each other...... I guess Ron is planning on big parties!
Front of the house with stucco , roof tiles and stonework done!
The side of the house with stucco, roof tiles, wall caps and stone on the fireplace.......looks much better dry than the bright orange when the stucco was first applied.
