Ron & Sharon Build a House -
CABINETS GALORE
The cabinets from Valley Cabinet have been installed and they look great.  The most of the cabinets are made of maple with the laundry room being done in oak.

The finish was applied by
Michael J's Painting and that process was a collaborative effort.  We found two colors we liked from KraftMaid Cabinets......and to "develop" our own versions of those finishes.

Ron painted lots of little blocks of wood with stain and a porcelin glaze.  When we got the sort of  finishes that we liked....we gave the blocks to Michael J's to do the stain research.

The "driftwood" finishes are on the left of this page and the "colonial maple" are on the right side of the page.
