| The house faces Northeast with the prevailing winds to the back of the house. The second story will shield the inner courtyard from 95% of all wind and the eves, balcony, and guest suite landing will provide shade and cover. We have situated the house on the front 2.5 acres with plans for a small guest house behind the main house....after we win the lottery. Sharon also has plans for a pool. Ron has plans to talk Sharon out of a pool. So far Ron has been winning the discussion. |
