In this "Iraqi" Novel Samir Naqqash uses different Iraqi dialects like Jewish, Islamic, and others. The Novel is set in the 1940's and up to the Jewish immigration to Israel in 1950-1951. We are introduced to the characters and their network of relationships in a highly intellectual writing form.





AL RIJS (The Abomination)

A teenager (15) and his older cousin cross the border from Israel to Lebanon. The Novel deals with the frustration, disappointment and maturity of the young boy upon his return to Israel.








FUWA YA DAMM (Perfect Blood For Sale)

This short Novel takes place in the end of the thirties in Baghdad when Saphani, an activist for human rights disappears.











AWRAT AL MALAIKA(The Angels Genitalia)

This novel takes place in Israel and London. It is full of contemplation and is based on parallel events that the reader has to put in the right place like parts of puzzle.
