Jimmy Buffett sings the above lines in the song Barometer Soup. But did you ever wonder who does all that hard work Jimmy sings about? It is a group of "relatively" normal people who have looked at all the evidence and found not one shred of evidence to prove that life is serious. They are good-hearted people who dream of spending enchanted vacations on the Caribbean island of St. Somewhere and have decided to give something back to their communities. Oh, and have a good time while doing it.
Parrot Heads in Paradise is the parent organization of all Parrot Head Clubs worldwide. Several years ago there were only a handful of clubs in the U.S. Today there are over 175 clubs worldwide.

The official online Parrot Head Club of PHiP is the Virtual Parrot Head Club The club started on Compuserve, but soon evolved into an Internet Parrot Head Club for PHs without a club close to them. Even though I'm not active on the board of directors any longer, I still maintain a membership in the VPHC. If you want to join the Virtual PHC, all you have to do is visit VPHC Web Page and register as a member. It's easy and it's cheap!
