Recent Updates: June 15, 2006: Steel Magnolias
Auditions!! June 19-20, 6-9pm at the Playhouse. I'm stage
manager. BTW, let me know if you saw this on here so I'll know if
anyone still visits this website, lol. The following is the press
release:
Playhouse in the Park is happy to announce auditions for the fourth show of the 2006 Mainstage season, Steel Magnolias by Robert Harling, on June 19th and 20th at the Playhouse, 6-9PM. Directed by Tova Shinall, this funny, heart-warming story of six Southern women and the friendship they share has become an American favorite.
Steel Magnolias calls for six women, ranging in age from 19 to mid-60's, and all roles are available. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.No prior theatre experience is necessary, and all are encouraged to audition.Show dates are August 10-20 at the Playhouse.
