My life, condensed version...
My car (1968 Ford Torino GT convertible), Katie, my cat, and me...

Ok, since you were curious enough to see what I have to say about myself, here it is: I was born on December 25, 1963 (no, that's not a typo- I really AM a Christmas baby) in Santa Cruz, California (fer sure). I spent the first few years of my life there. I completed most of my primary education in Cudahy, Wisconsin (eh?), then my family moved to Murray, Kentucky (y'all) in 1977. As I was still but a lad, I had little choice but to go with them. Turns out, it's pretty CASUAL down here ;). I finished my high school education, and am now employed at the USPS as a sub rural mail carrier, AKA Rural Carrier Associate. I love being around cool people, and my job allows me to do precisely that. I also take classes at Murray State University. I really should've graduated a long time ago, but I keep changing my major. :I Currently it's English. I'm primarily an actor, however, so I'm always looking for those paying acting jobs ;). (insert not-so-subtle hint as previous sentence) As a result of all this moving and living about the country, I've developed what is known as the Standard American Dialect. This means I possess little, if any, (how shall I word this? ) accent or "area" dialect. This really came in handy when I started working with Playhouse in the Park, the local community theatre; a dialect for a particular part came much faster and easier than if I had the southern "twang" or the sharp vowell sound of the north (nort?). I've been actively involved in the theatre since 1979; my experience PROVES this, as you're more than welcome to see. In June of 1997 I was hired as Technical Director for the Playhouse. I'm really excited about this job, as it allows me to sharpen my technical skills, and, of course, learn more about this aspect of theatre. Theatre is a constant learning experience; it teaches EVERYONE. May we all learn from it and become better people as a result.
