One and Only Internet Personals- A good site that's been around a while, it offers very precise search capabilities; you can search right down to the city (or cities). It also has the standard features like age range, build, certain preferences, etc. Free searching, but you must pay to contact other members.
Singles Online- there are a couple levels of membership on this service, one of which is free...
American Singles- The International Dating Site- Also recently upgraded, I'm not too crazy about this one anymore. Not really a good layout, IMHO. If frames are used the right way, it can be a convenience. I don't think these are. Java must be enabled for the site to work properly, which they didn't bother to point out, and I didn't discover until after their free e-mail trial. It is more secure, however, and it's still free until you want to contact somebody. Pretty similar now to One and Only, except One and Only gives more accurate results.
