Ever sit on the sidelines listening to the various fighters talking about what's going on but not understanding exactly What they are talking about? Have you ever wanted to help a fighter during a fighting event but was not sure what they would need, when or why? Have you ever wanted to simply watch the fighting at an event but don't understand what it is your seeing? Have you ever been too embarrassed to ask just what the heck is going on? Fighting for Non-Fighters will answer all these questions and more. A class to teach the non-fighter some of the knowledge of fighting and fighting ettiquette without having to put on all that smelly armor, get all those ugly bruises and end up all sweaty and dirty. The class will go over fighting terminology, from armor descriptions, fighting styles and tactics that fighters are watching or talking about, to everyday fighting terminology that they use and its meaning. The class will go over types of tourneys, how they are run and scored. We will touch on war tactics and formations so you too can understand what you are seeing from the spectaters point of view. We will touch on the care and maintenance of your fighter. What they need, when and how to help them when they need it, plus when not to. If you have ever wanted to know more about what it is the fighters of the SCA are doing, both inside the art as well as just an understanding of what they are doing, then this class is for you.

A dance class designed to teach some basic dances from a few genres. If you want to dance but are afraid you can't, come and see just how easy it really can be! This class is open to all ages, experience levels and has no class size limit.
The basics of glass etching with acid and making your own resist. Bring a plain glass goblet or plate etc. Showing the difference between Acid etch and Diomon etch.
Four square shirt and chemise- the basic construction of the chemise and how to make it a shirt. Various necklines and sleve styles. Appropriate materials for different time periods and locations.
This class will include the writing and performing of original stories.
