Basic Instructions for the Knitting Loom
1. Using a small round loom (I used a 24 peg round loom) wrap the yarn of your choice ( I used a rainbow coloured medium weight worsted yarn) around each of the pegs.
2. Pull the bottom row of yarn up over the top row of yarn and over the top of the pegs. You�ve Just made your first row!
3. When you�ve made 5 rows or so un tie the yarn on the edge peg and knot then weave through each bottom loop of the first row. Pull tight and knot. This is one end of your ball.
4. Make 16 row all together.
5. Cut your yarn leaving 5 inches of yarn or so for tie. Using a yarn needle pull the yarn through the loops still on the pegs and then pull them off of the pegs one by one.
6. Knot the yarn and fill the ball with stuffing. ( I use poly-fil, but scrap yarn or fabric, or the cotton balls you�ve been saving for years from those pill bottles, will do fine.)
7. Weave yarn through all the loops of the final row and pull tightly. Knot securely.
You have made a ball!
