Liverpool Transcript: May 7, 1857
"An inquest was held on Thursday last by Freeman Tupper Esq. coroner, on the body of Joseph Tibert, who was accidently drowned while driving logs in Wentworth Brook, Ponhook on Wednesday.  Verdict returned accordingly.  Mr. T. leaves a family to lament his sudden bereavement."

Liverpool Transcript: March 2, 1865
"At Greenfield on Friday last, 24th, after a long and painful illness,
Rebecca, wife of Mr. James Tibert, aged 35 years.  Also, same day, their infant, aged 4 weeks."

Liverpool Times: Friday June 8, 1883
Deaths in this town on Thursday, Elizabeth Tibert, aged 68 years.

Liverpool Advance: November 3, 1886: Caution: Whereas my wife, Minnie Nickerson, having left my bed and board without any just cause, I hearby forbid any person or persons harbouring or trusting her on my account as I will not be responsible for any debts contracted by her.

Liverpool Advance: July 12, 1893
Deaths at Greenfield, on the 8th inst.,
Jennie (Jennie Tibert), wife of Charles A. Freeman, aged 32 years.

Tibert, George L. (of Rebecca F. Hunt and James Edward Tibert)
February 1905: George L Tibert emigrated from Greenfield, Nova Scotia September 17, 1882 to Minneapolis, Minnesota.  In the spring of 1887 moved to Fargo, North Dakota as construction engineer with the Imperial Elevator Company of Minneapolis until September 15, 1902 at which time he accepted a position of instructor in the Engineering Department of the North Dakota Agricultural College at Fargo, which position he still holds.

"Deaths": At Greenfield on the 21st of July 1889, of consumption.
Netta, daughter of Mr. James Tibert, aged 29 years.

"Deaths":
Mrs. James Tybert, (Lucene H. or E. Cole) of Greenfield, died Thursday morning after a long and painful illness.   Although so long ill, the end was not looked for soon, as on Wednesday morning she seemed in good spirits...

July 27, 1912 
James E. Tibert aged 87 years, leaving one daughter, Mrs. C. C. Freeman, (Dorinda H. Tibert) Greenfield and one son, George, residing at Fargo, N.D.
