What does ABIA do?

Email or SMS text alert?

Do you do all your work in an office? Do you wish that you could automatically receive an email or even an SMS text message sent to your phone when clients have either failed to pay or an important job deadline is near? Well ABIA can do that for you. When entering information you may also select the option top be alerted to important information either by email or SMS**. Have you ever thought that in a globalised world that perhaps you should be emailing your invoices or business reports to other companies instead of posting them? Well ABIA will also allow you to do this and more than that it also includes the option of receipts confirming the message has been delivered and read***.

Batch Printing?

Isn’t it tedious entering all your invoices and having to press print for every invoice you enter and then clicking next to create a new invoice? Well with ABIA you may just enter all your invoices in any manner you wish. You may even take several days to enter the invoices and when it comes to printing all your invoices, ABIA can automatically ask you if you wish to print a batch of invoices of, or just the current selected invoice. It is up to you. More than that, you can also print an office copy of if you want, and it doesn’t stop there, you may selected between 5 different invoice templates, selected whether you want it printed of in colour, B&W, grey scale or any other printing property supported by your printer.

Customer functionality?

All businesses are different and nearly all have slightly different requirements. This is why ABIA is packaged with an auxiliary database. This database may be programmed in such a manner that the main database has certain custom functionality. This programming of the auxiliary may be done by myself before any purchases or it may be done by your self following the provided easy to follow instruction manual. Changing the auxiliary  database allows you to add specific short cuts, change the fundamental operations of selected programs operations, such as batch printing or VAT report delivery.
