All users wishing to download a free trail must agree to the following statements. Upon agreeing users must email me at [email protected] for a contract that you will be expected to sign either digitally or via a secure web server that will be later directed in a reply email.

The agreement:

1. Only users who have signed a contract may use a trial version of the database solution

2. Utilization of a trail version means you agree to give feedback on the software if requested (This feedback may be limited or extensive)

3. Users found using the software without signing (as stated in point 1) a contract are liable to legal action been taken against them as well as any users found supplying the software

4. The trial database solution will last no more than 30 days. After this time the software will automatically destroy required components (including any business related documents that may have been generated during the trial period) rendering the database inoperable.

5. Copying of the trial software database for distribution may result in legal action been taken

6. Adam Sexton is the soul owner of this database solution and thus may change the contract at will without notice unless it adversely effects others *.

* if it is discovered that the owner of the database solution is being adversely effected due to an unforeseen circumstance then this agreement may change without notice and applies to all users unless otherwise stated.

To use the database solution for a trial purpose, the users must agree to all of the points listed above.
