All babies receive a "Vet Check" including Blood Work, Cultures and Micro Chip Identification within 5 days of delivery to new owner.
If the bird is found to have a condition which affects it's health, we will, at our discretion, incur the cost of returning the bird to good health, or replace the bird with another of the same species and value.
If the condition is determined to be too costly, life threatening or results in death*. We will, at our discretion and upon return of the bird to us, either replace the bird with one of the same or similar species and value, or provide the buyer with a refund of the purchase price.
*In the case of death, the bird must be refrigerated, NOT frozen and an ecropsy performed to determine liability.*
If the buyer is unsatisfied with bird for any reason, within ninety (90) days of taking possession of bird. Buyer may return bird to Seller and exchange said bird for another more suitable and compatible with Buyer's lifestyle/situation.
Should buyer at anytime during the life of the bird become unable, for any reason, to keep said bird. Seller shall take bird back and place bird in another suitable home, paying to seller all monies received for said bird, less 25% which seller shall retain to cover cost of veterinary examination and board.
In any event, BUYER agrees that Avian Antics shall have the FIRST right of repurchase, should, the Buyer find it necessary to transfer ownership of said bird, for any reason at any time during the life of the bird..
