Figure drawing is about learning to draw the human anatomy using shades and highlights. Models would often pose for the class. We would spend about one to two minutes drawing their position and then have them change. The majority of class was drawing with charcoal, however some some other utensils we used where markers, pen, lead and once we used coffee.
