Animal Anatomy was studying and drawing different animals. The first project started with land animals. For the second project it was marine life and the 3rd project was birds. The style of drawing was similar to figure drawing, using lead or charcoal and identifying shades and highlights instead of outlines.
To prepare for these projects I visited Lowry Park Zoo and The Florida Aquarium. I did a few sketches on site and took some pictures as references for my projects.
