Not making it for race or anything, just a fun kart thing.
It's powered by a Suzuki RG Gamma 250cc two stroke motor. here are the specs:
Engine - 248cm^3 2-cylinder 2-stroke
Horsepower - 45
Topspeed - aboot 180-190 km/h
Torque - about 30 nm
Gears - 6
These stats are unofficial, but most of them are exact except for Hp, Topspeed and torque, which i cannot verify.
I'm making the frame out of some type of square tube steel. probably, 20x20 mm stuff.
For steering i'm either going to use the common bell setup, or a rack and pinion set up from an old commodore or something.
