Our first snow!!! This was now our second day in New York and we'd just got
back to the hostel after applying for our social security cards. We were so excited!! Little did
we know that we were in for a 2 day snowstorm. (A real Nor'Easter!)
Unfortunately it made sight-seeing pretty difficult as it was freezing and we could hardly
see anything through the falling snow!! But it was a great experience!

This is the humongous Christmas tree that they have every year at the Rockefeller Centre. You can watch on
CNN at the beginning of the season when they have the lighting of the tree.
(I actually saw it on tv at the airport while we were queuing at immigration.)

This is Little Italy - we took a stroll through here one evening. It was cool - lots of restaurants though
and we couldn't afford any of them. (Sandra and I were living on MacDonald's, Burger King and bagels!)
We also walked through Chinatown the same evening but I didn't take any photos there.

Me in Times Square!!
Times Square is soooooo cool! We went there a lot! I think I've been into just about every shop!
