The mini is a Chronopia Firstborn Archer champion.. The sword is from an old  plastic one from the bits box which I added the face from Green stuff.

Lastly of the original group is Lady Kriellen Kremlor wizard transmuter. The mini is from the Menzoberanzan Ral Partha set.

The latest addition to our group is a cleric of Death (whatever he's called in the Realms). We all call him Death, cause well look at him. The mini is a Heartbreaker Chaz Eliot mini.
