Hoyt and Warner Hoyt, both Veterans of Battery A 1st Reg. RI Volunteer Light Artillery, E. Hoyt died in 1954 and was buried at Locust Grove Cemetery Providence, he assisted Ross in all matters for several years concerning Post 4 and Camp 7, from 1922 to 1930 Ross attended as many Camp 7 meetings at the Old Arsenal on Benefit Street in Providence as he could.
