Avalon is a 10 acre facility with a pre-existing all wood barn. When we first started renting the facility there was no fencing except for one small paddock area (now the riding ring), and the barn was in much need of repair. It now has two mid size pastures with lush rye grass, fenced in with 1 �" solar powered electric tape, with plans for a third larger field. We�ve also put up a perimeter fence with space between pastures and fence for a cross country course (in progress). We will also be adding a 60� x 120� lesson ring (possibly covered), a full sized dressage arena, and a 200� x 250 jump ring. We are also working with the neighbors to add on mass numbers of trails.
