This was a 38 year old lady who was accidentally abandoned in the Canadian North while drinking intoxicants with her friends. She was left to wonder and find her way back over 36 hours.

At the time, the day time temperatures were -5 to 6 C� with night time temperatures of -16 C�. Though she wore adequate upper garments, her feet were only protected by runners. The photographs were taken 10 days apart. In the end, she lost the toes on both feet.

The hangover can last a life time!

This was a 4 year old male that presented with his parents with complaints of an upper respiratory infection (URTI). The child was remarkably pale, and otherwise demonstrated only minor symptoms of an URTI.

HISTORY: This 38 year old medical student had developed a low grade fever for 24 hours, 8 days after completing an 8 week rotation in pediatric medicine. Three days after the fever resolved a mildly pruritic, fine macular rash developed over the torso and arms. The rash resolved without seguela 72 hours later.

What is odd about this film?
This film was taken of a 52 year old male who complained of vague abdominal pain. He noted that the night prior, he had been drinking alone, though he denied intoxication. He did note, however, that the bottle count in his case of beer was short.
