Reploid Facts: The reploid is an well-advanced form of robots. Reploids all possess a brain, a heart, and blood-like fluids or liquids that are constructed throughout the body. Although reploids have different designs, reploids do possess similarities, which are used for every reploid design. The reploid brain, just like the humans, is the most complex and delicate asset of the body. The reploid brain, however, is called the intellect. The intellect possesses all the limits to the body set by the creator and all actions and decisions originate from the intellect. The intellect connects the memory This is what the new Maverick virus infects, the intellect, giving the virus complete control of the body. The original virus only influenced the intellect's decisions. The power core, the reploid's heart, is the center and guide of the energy flow through the body. Each reploid design either uses a fusion or crystal core. For a fusion core, the energy that is inputted in movement or energy usage is equal to the output or the result. For a crystal core, the energy input is doubled to equal the output, which causes less effort to complete the same results as the fusion core. The Maverick virus is very complex and hard to understand in particular subjects. The Maverick Virus is, in fact, the embodiment of Wily, possessing all his malice, hate, and evil. This is what corrupts the reploid. The 'simple' Maverick Virus enters the reploid body not targeting the intellect at anytime. The internal systems, instinctively, attempt to delete the virus in order to protect the intellect. Once this occurs, the virus disrupts the internal systems, causing the intellect to respond. And the intellect's only response available is to bond with the virus in order to continue activation and system function. The intellect now runs it's systems and commands though the virus first. The commands and actions are altered due to the virus influence. This can very well occur in a matter of a couple of seconds. The 'simple' Maverick virus cure is not at all complicated. Because the 'simple' Maverick virus acts as an influence to the intellect's actions and commands, the cure acts as a dependant to the virus. The virus cure is a chip that is implanted directly into the reploid's intellect. The process or surgery is performed while the reploid's systems are deactivated or disabled so the virus wouldn't deny the chip. Once the reploid is reactivated, the intellect no longer sends commands to the virus, but to the implanted chip. Because the virus only disables the systems when it enters, the internal systems then target the virus. In due time, depending on the reploid's internal systems strength, the virus will be deleted from the systems. The chip is later removed after complete deletion of the virus and the reploid is back to normal. Unfortunately, the reploid is still vulnerable to the virus after the removal of the chip. The 'advanced' Maverick virus, which is the evolved form of the 'simple' virus, has just recently uprooted before the world. The 'advanced' Maverick virus infects reploids either by prolonged infection of the 'simple' virus or being directly infected by a host of the 'advanced' Mavericks. The 'advanced' virus' infection of the intellect commands the internal systems to create thousands of microscopic mechanisms that operate inside the entire body. The now infected intellect not only commands the body actions, but also the microscopic mechanisms. These microscopic mechanisms brings four new capabilities to the host. 1) Infected reploids of the 'advanced' virus can identify one another by the ability to cover their eyes in the microscopic mechanisms, which causes the eye to flash entirely black. 2) The mechanisms strenthen weapons and sends energy from the power core throughout the body quicker than average. 3) With the use of the mechanisms, 'advanced' Mavericks can rejuvenate lost body parts and circuitry as long as the intellect is intact. 4) The mechanisms have great battle learning abilities, causing the host to almost immediately understand opponent's battle strategies and possibly steal their fighting styles. The 'advanced' Mavericks are no joke and dealing with an 'advanced' Maverick 1-on-1 will always be a challenge. |
