Beautiful, shiny hair. It seems impossible sometimes, and you think you can never get it without the aid of a salon. It's not really true. It takes SOME effort, but you can have it in the comfort of your own home (and when you go out!).

Tips for healthy hair, no matter what:
- brush it or comb it everyday. (Don't believe in 100 strokes a day)
- it's normal for SOME hair to fall out. Don't panic!
- wash your hair regularly, but not necessarily every day. Twice a week is enough for most people.
- get a cut and style that's easy to take care of and find your best look.
- don't obsess and touch your hair or fiddle with it all the time. Easy on the products!
- eat well and drink enough water. A healthy body will produce healthy hair.
