We attempt to provide wholesome, nutritious, and healthy foods. Whenever possible we provide food with limited preservatives and pesticides, as these may further compromise the immune system. |

On each visit to the Food Bank, each client is provided with a menu of food to select from. This menu is designed so clients can select food from the basic food groups, to facilitate a well balanced diet. Fresh produce is seasonal and may be limited. Because storage and refrigeration space is limited, perishables are not always available. Different specials are posted to the menu when they are on hand. |
