The guy driving the truck full of water and food could not make it to New Orleans in a hurry after the storm. The road was full of debris

The guy flying the helicopter could not make it to the Superdome, because he had to pull people off of houses that had only minutes to live.

The people who were first responder were not over their with Sean Penn for a photo op, because they where running around saving lives and giving help to those who needed it.
