Welcome friends & fellow rodent lovers to
the Rat Roadhouse!
C'mon in and let me tell you a tail. . .
Welcome to R4. Rat Roadhouse Rodentry & Rescue. Welcome friends and fellow rodent lovers. Please allow me a few moments to tell you why I am sitting here spending hours producing yet another website. Recently on behalf of my daughter I got back into rats as pets. Time and the internet have come leaps and bounds since I first owned rats years ago. I decided to do some research into the best for them. The best diets, the various names of their colors, etc. I found an amazingly limited number of sites with information. Many had too little information or worse yet, told me to do things I already knew were just plain bad or deadly to my beloved pets. I decided to go ahead and educate myself just a little more than the average owner needed to be educated. I have goals! Goals to have the healthiest little pets anyone could hope for. Goals to have the happiest little pets. Goals to stand at the end of a dusty road and scream these secrets out to the general rodent loving population. Goals to find, share and maybe even start my own chapter of rodent owner associations. Okay, so this is not going to make me rich. But the knowledge enclosed in this site will enrich the lives of rodent owners, the lives of their rats, and maybe even save you money in the long run. Hey if you want to send that savings on to me, I won't mind. In the meantime, while in development I apologize for the very boring quality of background. Anyone who knows me knows that for me a proper website starts with packing it first, then tweaking it to perfection. Keep checking back as this site will be developing quickly. Thank you and enjoy the site. Jacinta |
