I am studying at Sheffield Hallam Univeristy.As the name suggests it's in the city of Sheffield. It's a very new and modern university as opposed to the more tradional universities in England. Before I came here I thought the University would be like a self sufficient mini-town sort of a thing, which is secluded from the rest of the city.Well, but SHU is exactly the opposite.It's in the heart of the City, at least the City Campus is.

My University has loads of International Students, many of them are European Exchange Students, who come here for a semester. Any student who is a part of the EU, can come here as an exxhange student for a semester. Most of them come here to learn English and really suprised to find Indians speaking English so fluently, then I explain to them that the English ruled us for 200 years and so on .. they finally get the point.
