Louis... perhaps the second best vampire in all of Anne Rice-dom.... not that I'm biased towards any certain vampire (Lestat). In the books, he is mostly just sad and whiny.... in the movie, he is sad, whiny, and played by Brad Pitt.
Louis is often sad about such things as being a vampire, being dead, Claudia, his dead family, Lestat, Claudia, other vampires, Claudia, and, oh, Claudia.
Anyway, I decided that since a Lestat page was already up (immediately upon the creation of this site), a Louis page was most definitely in order here. I'm still pretty certain that he is my second favorite Ricean vampire... but it gets harder and harder to say so after every book she writes. |
