That's Aubrey for you, black eyes and manipulation... you can't beat Aubrey. Chelby absotively adores Aubrey, if I do remember correctly, and I agree that he is one of the better vampires out there. Straight from the mind of Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, he is everything a vampire should be: cunning, manipulative, cruel, and yet somehow strangely charismatic... when he wants to be.
He is no match for Lestat, of course, but I'd say on the evil scale he is pretty high up there. Perhaps even above Lestat, or at least, Lestat in the later Chronicles. Gah, there I go, off on a Lestat tangent on the Aubrey page. BAD Agaryulnaer... |
