| I understand enrollment is free but in order to be promoted to sergeant I must begin paying dues at the rate posted at that time. |
| I agree to not reveal any training exercises, techniques, actions, strategies or any other information I learn about RS during my time as a clansman and will keep my honor by keeping that information secret even after I might leave. |

| I understand that after one month's missing or late dues I will be treated as a non-paying member. After a second month of unpaid dues I will lose 1 rank until dues paid current + $5. And after three months of unpaid dues I will be busted to corporal until dues are paid current + $5. |
| I understand that if I elect to not pay dues I can be booted from the RS server (if any) to make room for another player to join. If paying members are available for matches they will have preference over me, a non-paying member. |
