I have been creating websites for at least 6 years. I have always worked with a team. Generally I do the layouts and animations and hand it over to the backend. My forte as far as web sites are concerned is interfaces. I knew there would be times when I would have to do sites on my own and so I acquired thorough knowledge of HTML. I also used DHTML, javascript and VB script freely as and when required. Over a period of time I had to learn my way around asp and php. What I really got into with all enthusiasm was Flash and Director. Flash allows amazing interactivity and possibilities with actionscript. Over the past two years I have done mostly interfaces and flash sites. I also train people on using Flash, HTML and  WYSIWYG tools.
