The Invisible WomanReed and Sue Richards have always been my favorite characters in comics. That's quite a feat, considering how poorly Sue can be written from time to time! Want to know more about Sue's background? You're in the right place. Some of the references made here are broken down by an excellent resource, the Marvel Chronology Project, which has the ambition of listing the appearance of every major Marvel character (including the first ones, the Fantastic Four!) in chronological order. Definitely worth taking a look. |

| Well, Sue is anything but invisible these days. Since the end of Heroes Reborn, she and the rest of the Fantastic Four are back in the Marvel Universe with a splash. Early indications are that many of Sue's personality traits, particularly her conflicting ones, will be written well enough that she won't be meek or overbearing. As Fantastic Four, Volume 3, is well underway, we can only hope to see more elements of a strong Susan that embodies the classic elements of who she is. | ||
