While it's true that some people weren't meant to write the Fantastic Four, it's even more true that some artists weren't meant to draw the Fantastic Four. A good artist on the FF is always particulary satisfying, which is why I've set up this small gallery representing the best of the Fantastic Four's artists, using Sue as our model.

Jim Lee

Jim Lee, head of Wildstorm Studios and Homage Comics, took the reigns of the Fantastic Four for the Heroes Reborn project that ran throughout 1997. As such, he wrote and drew the first six issues of the reborn Fantastic Four title.

Art Adams

Art Adams, a freelance artist, has worked on the Fantastic Four a few times. His most notable contributions occurred in a storyline written by Walt Simonson and an annual of the Uncanny X-Men that deals with the Days of Future Past storyline.

Paul Ryan

Paul Ryan had quite a notable run on the Fantastic Four. Although this site tends to poke fun at Mr. Ryan's partner - Tom DeFalco - we have great respect for Mr. Ryan's abilities. His dynamic style is clean, crisp, and well-suited to super-hero adventures.
