Dr Igor Klebanov who joined the Princeton faculty in 1989 has written over 40 papers on various aspects of gauge theory, string theory and black holes. He has recently found connections between the quantum mechanics of black holes and that of gauge theories which are similar to the field theory used to describe strong interactions. He is currently a Professor at Princeton University.
