Staci was born at Missouri Baptist in St. Louis, Missouri on October 29, 1972 to Stan and Sue Kirn. She has one older sister, Stephanie, and would shortly be joined by two younger brothers, Scott and Steve. |
| Staci grew up in Fenton, Missouri, a St. Louis suburb, 15 miles west of the city. She attended Stanton Elementary in Fenton. |

Eureka High School was where Staci furthered her love of sports as a member of the volleyball and track teams. Following high school she would attend Drury University in Springfield, Missouri for the next four years. Here she received her Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Design. She returned to St. Louis following college and currently works for Westport Pools as a swimming pool designer.
