Terry was born in Houston, Texas on December 18, 1975 to Wanda and A.J. Pye. He has one older sister, Tina, and two older brothers, Al and Chuck. Younger brother, James, would follow a year later. |
| Terry grew up in Houston, Texas and is, to this day, a die hard Astros fan. |

Terry would attend Klein Forrest High School in Houston, Texas. He shares a strong love of sports as he also participated in baseball, football, and track. Missouri Valley College would bring him to the Midwest in the Fall of 1995. Close friends would bring him to St. Louis for a weekend... and as they say, the rest is history.
