
PWP Chapter 001 Scholarships
In keeping with our mission as an educational
organization, the Chapter awards academic scholarships once
per year to the children of selected members.
Awards are merit-based and are given to high-school
seniors and current college students who
demonstrate academic promise. Applicants
must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
- Must currently attend, or have applied to
a 4- or 2-year degree granting college
- Submit Current official High School or College
transcripts
- Be 22 years of age or younger
- Have a GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Submit a 200-300 word essay on the topic
"The Affect of PWP in My Life"
- Submit a completed PWP Chapter #001 Scholarship
Application Form by June 30, 2003 along with a copy of the
parent's current membership card. Parent must have been a PWP Chapter #001
member for at least one year prior to applying
and remain a member for one year after receiving
any scholarship awards.

on the number of outstanding essays received.
The decision of the judges will be final.
This year's scholarships will be awarded
by August 31, 2003.
