The Pokemon Army
This is different from the About page. That's about the Pokemon Army. This is why it's here at all.
It all started with me getting a Xanga, putting Pika all over it, and then getting some little flame about how Pokemon sucks. Well, that's how most things go, but I don't think things like that should go unnoticed.
Now, being a devout Pokemon fan, I decided to do something about it. I noticed that many of the flamers and haters are either 1)former Pokemon fans, now ashamed because they think it was such a kiddy thing, or 2)people that don't have half an idea what Pokemon is at all, just flame because someone went around spewing "POKEMON SO ROCKS! IT WILL RULE THE WORLD!" and things like that.
That being the case, it was rather easy to sort out the problem: there was no respect. Not that people don't respect Pokemon, it's that people don't respect other people's opinions, what other people might think, how they might react (and if they even exist at all). My opinions of Pokemon are much different from those of a hater, correct?
But by flaming, it shows how one doesn't respect someone's opinion. Okay, it's nice to say you don't like something someone else doesn't like, but to go around saying the person sucks for liking something?! That's going way to far.
And now we arrive at the main point. This is here so haters will learn to respect other's opinions, since they obviously don't, and for us Pokemon fans to help earn their respect. It's as simple as that.
