Yet Another Poetry/Personal Website?
Yes!

If there's one thing the internet needs more of, it is personal websites. Such sites, and especially those hosted on free servers, such as GeoCities, are the crux of the online experience, and in all honesty, probably determine what happens in the world. It is with this delusion that I present My Life.
I will not beat around the bush; this is, without a doubt, the greatest website of all time, and although the time has not yet come, an age is coming which will see this as the world's mandatory viewing experience. What this means is that in the not-to-distant future, everyone will be required to visit this site on a regular basis. Of course, such an honor has gone to my head, and I am now under the belief that I am the most important person alive. But then, you already knew that.
The menu to the right is your guide to the various sections of the site. The incredibly beautiful and stylish logo just returns you to this page. If everything works correctly, that menu should always be there to allow you to visit every page of the site, which I know is what you want.
Site History and Brief Description
Now that I am out of hilarious things to say, I will get serious. This site was designed (quite obviously) in a short amount of time after I was struck with the sudden urge to be critiqued for my quote-unquote "poetry." I won't go into the details here, but because of that, I spent a day or two learning basic HTML, deciding the layout and "design" of the site and getting it online. Feeling pressured to offer more than just poetry, I made sure to include the necessary "journal," "news" and "me" sections. The Me section, in particular, is something to note, as it held very little actual information about me, and following the sixth month update (which took place in February 2003), it says even less -- outright, at least.
The site looked basically as it does now, with one minor difference, A few weeks before the previously mentioned sixth month update, I decided to add another section -- another gimmick, if you will -- which I said was meant to attract more visitors, but was really just meant to give me something additional and crazy to write after the cessation of regular poetry updates (look in the poetry section for more details on that). That is when I began adding dream journals, generally doing one a week (I can't remember every dream I have -- and even if I could, I don't feel like making up a new dream every day), though occasionally adding more.
Now that you know the basic history of the site, feel free to explore, and if you like it, which is, unfortunately, doubtful, feel free to tell others. But if you do only one thing other than read a few things, I would appreciate comments on the poetry, as that is why I started the site in the first place.
