During the last one or two months of 2002, I began to remember my dreams with amazing clarity and relative frequency; of course, not all of them could be recalled exactly as they first were perceived, but even if they had been, I would have no way of knowing. After it had been happening for several weeks, I decided to begin recording the especially lucid dreams, particularly those which had remained in my conscious thought for days. For the end of 2002, and the beginning of 2003, I decided to discontinue the regular update of the poetry section because I was not getting enough hits to justify providing a new poem each week. However, several weeks ago (as I write this, it is February), I got the idea to instead add another section to the site.
That is what this is. Beside the opportunity to write in a completely different manner, this section was added as a sort of humorous gimmick: I mentioned already that I was getting very few hits, so what do I do to increase traffic? I added this section, a dream journal, which is likely to be even less in demand than poetry. Hilarious!
Anyway, and I announce this last for a reason, most of these dreams are fake. I simply do not have a large enough quantity of my real dreams to provide them here. So why do offer these if they are not even real? It adds another dimension to the humor of the site -- now I give you an unwanted section, full of useless words that aren't even based on reality. Again, I say Hilarious!
