Rebecca is a partner in the firm. She makes sure that nobody, especially Jimmy forgets that. Rebecca is sometimes only looking for status. Wanting to be treated like one of the senior partners.

Without anybody's knowledge, Rebecca studied law during her career as the firm's secretary. It wasn't until Rebecca announced that she had passed the bar exam that they found out that she had been taking night classes all along.
Rebecca seems like she has pure intentions. But I think she desperately needs to sort her priorities out.

Jimmy Berluti Michael Badalucco

Jimmy is the only lawyer in the firm who is not a senior partner. He and Eugene seem to get along very well.
Jimmy can sometimes be very annoying. What with his ideas on how things "should or shouldn't be". It can often offend the people around him, especially those he loves most.

Helen Gamble, D.A Lara Flynn Boyle

Helen is not part of the firm. Quite the contrary in fact, Helen is a district attorney. She is only linked to the firm through three people: Bobby Donnel, her ex-boyfriend. Lindsay Dole, her best friend and, and Ellenor, her roommate. Because of her tight connection with the firm, she is often the one to look for when the firm is in need of a favor.

Lucy Hatcher Mara Sokoloff

Lucy is the firm's legal secretary. Her job includes taking calls and making appointments for the busy lawyers in the firm. However sometimes, it seems as if that is not all that she does. Lucy is constantly criticizing everything from the lawyers to the clients they represent. Her favorite target is Ellenor.
Lucy is a very attractive girl, and because of that she is often harrassed by sexual perverts.
